Spanish Culture Project

Learning Spanish and Understanding Spanish Culture
Exploring South America
The greatest joy I get from learning Spanish is that the window it provided me into the Latin American culture. Not much is covered in the english media regarding Latin America but after learning Spanish I have started reading couple of Latin American websites. These websites not only provided me a peek into the current affairs but also an insight what is the common man thinking on the streets. Till now we saw the Latin culture from its reflection on American culture but for first time I able to learn about the music, food and literary development in Latin America from regional perspective.
Just to provide a glimpse into how language can alter understanding – Like all animal loving people I don’t like the Spanish bull fighting but watching a Spanish Movie I learned that the bull may be long extinct if it is not bred for fighting. Secondly the quality of the bull is that unlike other animals the Spanish bull never runs away from fight even in face of death.
Learning Spanish also help me to look out for holiday destination in a Spanish Speaking country and doing so I came to know a world I never think exist. People are inviting for language learning holidays, where students get to live with the families and Learn Spanish in a month in Chile. Writing to them was a humbling experience as the affection they show was genuine and their dedication to the cause is unquestionable.
I’m still working on my vocabulary, writing skills, accents and the use of language in various situations. Hopefully as we come to the conclusion of this beginner’s learning program it won’t be the last of my Spanish Learning experience but a new beginning to understand a different world with its different language.

what are the family dynamics for the spanish culture?
i need to know the family dynamics of the spanish culture for a research paper things such as child-rearing patterns, roles and responsibilites, mate selection, and marriage systems.
What you’re asking for is very complex and the topic enormous.
The first question you should ask yourself is whether you’re referring to a family living in Spain, or a family living in a Spanish speaking country. And even after making up your mind, you need to know the region, the social class they belong to, income, level of education, and much, much more. You just can’t use ‘Spanish culture’ as an umbrella term. And if you did, you’d be stereotyping.
Rocket Language is arguably the top language software developer in the world. Only Rosetta Stone can offer any argument to this fact. Both products have loyal followings, but offer radically different methods on how to Learn To Speak Spanish. Their price tags are also radically different, which could make a difference to a student on a budget..... Click here to read the rest of the article: Spanish For Beginners
